Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Desirefit, we take pride in offering high-quality clothing products to our customers. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our business and to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and payment is processed.


2. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations are not allowed. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely shipping and delivery, so we cannot modify or cancel any orders once they have been confirmed.


3. Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we do offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives with any defects or damages, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product, and we will guide you through the process of exchanging the item for a new one.

Note: The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached, and unused to be eligible for an exchange.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and any intimate apparel, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your purchase before finalizing your order.


5. Processing Time for Exchanges

Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned to us, and we will ship the replacement item within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
